Overview of the Farm Dashboard

The Farm Dashboard is your control centre on Stallion Match — the place where you manage your farm’s presence, track stallion performance, view breeder activity, and handle user access.

This guide gives you a full overview of the sections available and how to use them.

Who Can Access the Farm Dashboard?

Only users connected to a farm can access the Farm Dashboard.

To reach it:

1. Log in at stallionmatch.com
2. On your Personal Dashboard, click the three dots next to your farm name
3. Select Farm Dashboard

Sections of the Farm Dashboard

Here’s what you’ll find once inside:

1. Farm Summary Tile

• Displays your Farm Name, Logo, and Location
• Shows total Messages Received, Sent, and Nominations
• Includes a menu for:
  • Copy Farm URL
  • View Farm Page
  • Stallion Roster
  • Manage Stallions

2. Analytics Panel

Gain insight into how your farm and stallions are performing:

• Farm Page Views
• Stallion Profile Views
• Top Performing Stallion
• Most Searched Stallion
• Most Viewed Profile
• Most Saved Stallion

You can adjust the time range (e.g. Last Week, Last Month) using the filter at the top-right.

3. Stallion Match Activity Graph

Visualise recent activity from breeders interacting with your stallions — helpful for tracking spikes in search, views, and clicks.

4. Stallion Activity Table

Shows a snapshot of each stallion’s performance:

• Searches
• Page Views
• 20/20 Match & Perfect Match appearance count

You can sort this list by Name, Searches, or Views.

5. User List

Manage who has access to your farm:

• See all current users and their Access Level (Full Access, View Only, etc.)
• Invite new users by clicking + Invite a New User
• Use the dropdown to view Active, Pending, or All Users

Only Full Access or View Only users can manage the user list.

6. Breeder Activity Panel

Get visibility into who is viewing your stallions:

• Lists Anonymous Breeders who searched or viewed your profiles
• Shows Search Count, View Count, and Location
• Click Go to Breeder Report for a full report of interactions

7. Stallion Overview Section

Each stallion is shown in a tile with key metrics:

• Name, Year to Stud, Stud Fee
• Promotion Status (toggle switch)
• Nomination Status
• Profile Rating
• Button to View Analytics per stallion

You can also:

• Add a Stallion
• View full Stallion List or Roster

What Can I Do From the Farm Dashboard?

• Track profile performance and interest
• Manage stallions and edit their profiles, including photos, stud fee updates, etc.
• Monitor which breeders are interacting and where
• Promote stallions and toggle nomination settings
• Control which users have access to the farm
• Easily navigate to your Farm Page or download breeder data

Troubleshooting

I don’t see the Farm Dashboard

Make sure you’re connected to a farm and logged in. If you’re still having trouble, contact support@stallionmatch.com

Can’t invite users or promote a stallion?

You need Full Access or View Only permissions to perform these actions.
