How to Edit Your Farm Profile
Your Farm Profile is the public-facing page that represents your stud on Stallion Match. It includes your logo, location, images, description, and contact information — and is often the first place a breeder visits when viewing one of your stallions.
This guide shows how to update your farm profile using the built-in editor.
Step 1: Open Your Farm Page
- Go to your Personal Dashboard after logging in
- Find your farm name listed under your profile
- Click the three dots next to it
- Select Farm Page
This will take you to your public farm profile view.
Step 2: Click “Edit Farm Page”
In the top-right corner of the Farm Page, you’ll see:
- Manage Stallions
- Edit Farm Page
Click Edit Farm Page to launch the farm profile editor.
Step 3: Use the Step-by-Step Editor
The Edit Farm Profile window will open with four tabs:
- Farm Details
- Update: Farm Name, Country, State, Email Address, Website
- Upload or change your Farm Logo
- Farm Gallery
- Upload photos of your paddocks, facilities, or signage
- Farm Description
- Write or update your farm introduction — this shows in the Overview tab of your public profile
- Farm News
- Add relevant updates or promotional highlights (if available)
Click Skip to bypass any step or Save & Next to move forward.
Step 4: Save and View Your Profile
After saving, all updates will apply instantly to your:
- Farm Directory listing
- Stallion Profiles
- Search results and breeder reports (if your stallions are promoted)
To preview your changes, simply click Farm Page again from your dashboard.
Tips for a Strong Profile
- Use a square-format logo in JPG or PNG format
- Include 2–3 high-quality farm photos
- Keep your description friendly, factual, and no more than a few paragraphs
- Double-check your contact details and website
