How to Invite Another Farm User to Your Farm
If someone at your farm, such as a team member, advisor, or marketing representative, needs access to your Stallion Match dashboard, you can invite them directly from your Farm Dashboard.
Users with Full Access or View Only permissions can send invitations to others with the same or lower level of access. The number of users linked to a farm is unlimited, but remember it's essential to maintain user access.
Step 1: Log in and go to your Farm Dashboard
- Visit www.stallionmatch.com
- Log in using your email and password
- From your Personal Dashboard, click your farm name, then select Farm Dashboard
Step 2: Locate the “Users” section
The Users section is always visible on the Farm Dashboard. Here, you can view current users, their access levels, and manage invitations.
Step 3: Click “Invite User”
- Click the Invite User button
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
- Choose their access level (see below)
- Click Send Invitation
Invited users will receive an email with instructions to join your farm.
Access Levels Explained
You’ll need to select one of three access levels for each invited user:
Full Access
Full control over the farm dashboard, stallions, user management, and analytics.
View Only
Can view and edit all stallion-related information. Cannot manage users or view farm-wide settings.
3rd Party
Can only view selected stallions and their analytics. No access to other stallions, farm settings, or breeder messages.
What Happens After You Send the Invite?
- The user will receive an email invitation. If they don’t have an account yet, they’ll be prompted to create one when they click the link within the email.
- Until the invite is accepted, the user will appear in your Users list with the status Pending next to their name.
- The invitation expires in 7 days, so you may need to invite them again.
You can resend invitations anytime by clicking the three dots next to their name.
How to Remove a User
- From the Users section, click the three dots next to the user’s name
- Select Remove User
- The user will no longer have access to your Farm Dashboard
How to Change a User’s Access Level
If you need to adjust the access level of an existing user:
Go to your Farm Dashboard
Navigate to the Users section.
Locate the user
Find the user whose access you want to change.
Select the new access level
Click the dropdown menu under the Access Level column next to their name.
Choose between Full Access, View Only, or 3rd Party.
Changes are saved automatically. The user will immediately have the updated access permissions.
Troubleshooting
The invite wasn’t received
Ask the invitee to check their spam or junk folder. If the email still hasn’t arrived, double-check the email address and try resending the invitation.
