Chairman’s Sale Report – How to Read It
The Chairman’s Sale is a premier event for elite fillies and broodmares. To support smarter breeding decisions, Stallion Match has partnered with Inglis to deliver a tailored report for each lot, featuring the top 10 stallion matches based on deep pedigree compatibility.
Each report is divided into two key sections:
- Summary Page – A quick overview of the 10 best stallion matches.
- Detailed Pages – An in-depth analysis of each mating combination.
Summary Page: Top 10 Compatible Stallions
For each mare, Stallion Match lists exactly 10 stallions, selected using our proprietary pedigree analysis algorithm. This limit of 10 is at Inglis' request, ensuring a focused and easily digestible shortlist.
Each row in the table includes:
Stallion Name – Matched to the mare via pedigree analysis.
Stud Farm – Where the stallion currently stands.
Service Fee – The current advertised fee for the season.
Stallion Match Rating – One of three possible ratings:
- Perfect Match – Indicates a highly proven and successful pedigree combination.
- 20/20 Match – A strong and statistically backed cross.
(Blank) – If neither flag appears, it doesn’t meet elite match criteria.
